1. By giving feedback you permit TRC and Kainga Ora to make enhancements to the project in response to your feedback and to share information with other project teams where the feedback may be more effectively responded to
2. When participating in discussions you will be respectful of others at all times and refrain from making negative comments about any group or individual
3. TRC and Kainga Ora reserve the right to moderate any comments and at it's sole discretion choose not to publish any comment
4. You give permission to TRC and Kainga Ora to contact you about the project through project updates and to enquire further about any comment that has been made
5. You will provide truthful answers to any questions in our survey
